Tips that apply to all roles. |
- Sign in early to the Zoom meeting to ensure that you are
ready when the meeting starts.
- Start an online folder or actual folder that includes
anything you need to fulfill a meeting role, e.g.:
- At timing device, in case you are timer
- Green, yellow red timing cards, in case you are
timer.
- A motivation quote or two in case you are called on
- Have a few 'words-of-the day' ready for a last
minute fill in.
- Perhaps a small flag handy
- Always have a Pathways speech prepared, for last minute
fill ins.
- Prepare a set or two of table topics, for last minute
fill in.
- Have a 'theme of the day' prepared incase you need to
fill in as TMOD.

Here's a suggestion that will
prepare you for any role for weeks to come and it will only take
about 30 minutes. |

Create an online folder - include 3-4
sets of table topics; find 3-4 words of the day; a few
motivational messages. Keep a stop watch and colored paper or
card stock and a small flag at the ready. |

Look at the next project or two and
prepare them BEFORE you are scheduled. Then you will always be
ready. |
