Toastmasters club
meetings provide an opportunity for members to learn and
practice communication and leadership skills by assuming a
variety of roles. Each meeting role has a unique set of
responsibilities and skills for you to explore. |
|
As new members join during this period where online meetings are
the norm for the day, think how difficult it will be for them to
understand what is involved with each meeting role. Add to that
the complexity of Pathways,
Base Camp, paths, levels, projects,
assessment, the Navigator, etc. - is it any wonder why they might find Toastmasters
confusing? |
